HANDY is designed to be used by a single operator. Of the three bag filler devices this one is the simplest and easiest to use. The maximum output is approx. 200 bags per hour. The scoop lift up to 20 kg (44 lbs) of sand. Keeping it in every flood prone household is highly recommended.
